Cards must be presented at the time of the treatment to receive a stamp.
Treatment must be taken at Positive Acupuncture to receive the free treatment.
We accept no responsibility for lost cards.
No duplicate cards can be given to replace lost cards.
Treatments prior to loyalty card introduction will not be eligible.
Loyalty cards have no redeemable value whatsoever.
Stamps can be received for any of our full paid treatments, however, the free treatment type is outlined on the card and cannot be replaced with any other treatment.
