Your online consultation will be held over in our 'Jane' booking system. Click here to see how to login to your video call once you've booked a slot.
If you're already a patient, you'll have an account on Jane, but you may not have login details. We can send you a welcome email so that you can set these up. Please ask us and we'll send the details.
You'll need to have the Google Chrome browser installed on a Mac/PC or Firefox on a PC.
Jane video consultations cannot be held on iPhones or iPads. Please check 'Other Ways to Connect' below if you don't have a laptop or desktop computer.

- Complete your intake forms prior to your appointment, they'll be sent to you upon booking.
- Please arrive at your appointment a few minutes early.
- When Paul is ready he'll welcome you into the private and secure video call.
- After your appointment, Paul will send you your personalised acupressure treatment plan and guide.

If you don't have either Chrome or Firefox installed on your computer and you're not sure how to do it, don't worry! We can arrange a video call over Zoom or Skype. Or you can simply give us a call, instead. Please email us to arrange this.
Sessions are 30 minutes. Choose a place where you'll be free from interruption. You don't need to wear loose clothing, as no acupressure will be carried out during the session.
Yes! The online appointments feature was built exclusively within Jane and it's all provided within their secure infrastructure.
Jane uses a standard that provides peer-to-peer audiovisual communication in most cases. This means that all the traffic flows directly between each user’s web browser and completely bypasses their servers. The traffic is also encrypted in transit and none of the data is stored anywhere at any time. Both clients and staff must be signed into their secure Jane account to access the online appointment.
Neither party can record the session.
You can expect to receive the same exceptional care through the online consultation as you would in the Positive Acupuncture clinic. However, although many situations are served well with acupressure, not everything will be appropriate. Paul, as he would in the clinic, will inform you if he feels you're in need of referral to another healthcare practitioner or your GP.
No, for insurance purposes, we can only conduct these consultations for patients based in the UK.
