Positive Acupuncture resulted from our vision to create a tranquil healing centre in the Truro area – a sanctuary to heal your body, mind and soul.
Paul Adkins opened our Cornwall acupuncture clinic in April 2004, and it has continued to grow and expand ever since. Paul is joined by acupuncturist Rachel Thorpe in the clinic.

We LOVE what we do, and we ensure a warm and friendly welcome whenever you visit, treatments where you can RELAX and not feel rushed and a SAFE environment where you can talk in complete CONFIDENCE.

Our Books
Our Mind, Body and Spirit lending library has proved to be a hit with Clinic patients, featuring a wide range of fascinating books to borrow, from philosophy to religion or self-help to complementary therapies; there are loads to choose from.
We have been gifted a fantastic range of fertility books by one of our lovely patients; these are a great resource for our fertility patients to borrow when they come in for their appointments.
With such generosity from our regular patients, we have had to build extra tall shelves to fit our wealth of books and invest in a ladder to reach the top!
