“Hi Paul, Just wanted to let you know my PMS is soooooo much better!!! I’m able to get quality sleep at night, my cycle is lighter, kidney pain has gone, I don’t feel like a pressure cooker anymore, chocolate cravings have even reduced and the pointless despair that I get before every cycle has almost disappeared.
